Michael J. Hsieh, B.Sc., DDS
Dr. Michel Hsieh is a Canadian citizen and resident of Victoria, British Columbia for more than 30 years.
Michael has worked extensively in international health information projects in Canada, Egypt, Taiwan and People's Republic of China and Saudi Arabia. He was Vice President for the Greater China Region for a Canadian healthcare consulting firm from April, 2003 to February, 2005. Since 1997, he has also served as a senior management consultant to Taiwan's National Health Insurance Program. Nancye L. Becker-Hsieh, RN, BScN, MA
Nancye Becker-Hsieh's primary responsibility in CADSI is
international nursing program.
A member of Camosun College's faculty of nursing with 24
years of teaching, administrative and curriculum development
experience, Ms. Becker-Hsieh currently serves part time
as Nursing Education Specialist for Canadian Allied Development
Services International. She holds a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Nursing from McMaster University in Hamilton,
Ontario, Canada and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling
and Educational Psychology from the University of Victoria
in British Columbia...

Jingsong Liu
Jingsong Liu's primary responsibility in CADSI is professional
interpretation for Chinese-speaking delegations. She also
participates in program coordination.
Ms. Liu has a longstanding career in interpretation, translation,
business and social service sectors. Her educational background
includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in English coupled with
interpretation training from the prestigious No 2 Beijing
Foreign Language Institute and a diploma of Medical Office
Assistant from CompuCollege School of Business in Vancouver,
British Columbia, where she received special training in
medical terminology. In addition, she has work-related training
in psychiatry, psychology, management and international

Susie Wei
Ms. Susie Wei is one of CADSI's associates resident in Guangzhou,
People's Republic of China.
Ms. Wei has more than 10 years of experience in international
marketing, sales management, and project management gained
from various sectors in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Canada.
Most significantly, Ms. Wei served four years as a project
manager for a German high-tech company’s operation in China.
Her job was to manage the structuring and delivery of a
portfolio of complex, multi-discipline, multi-vendor solutions,
including some World Bank sponsored environmental projects
in China...

Chi Zheng, B.Sc., Ph.D.
Dr. Zheng received his Ph.D. in 1994 in world regional geography
from Eastern China Normal University, and his Bachelor of
Science in Health Informatics in 2004 from University of
Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Dr. Zheng, based in
Victoria, British Columbia, Canada is a one of CADSI health
informatics research analyst.
Dr. Zheng is currently on contract as a project coordinator
for “Vulnerable Adult Project”, Centre on Aging, University

Wu
xing
Mr. Wu, based in People’s Republic of China, joined
CADSI as a consultant in February 2007. Mr. Wu, a native
of Shandong, China, has significant experience in media
and public communication as well as extensive knowledge
in conducting business in PRC. During 2006/2007, Mr. Wu
visited Canada and stayed at Royal Roads University located
in Victoria, British Columbia.
